What is Canine Massage?
What is Clinical Canine Massage?
Utilising a combination of massage disciplines – Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue and the Lenton Method© encompassing a direct and indirect approach to myofascial release, Clinical Canine Massage works at a cellular level affecting the environment within and around the area being worked, treating the dog as a whole rather than just the injured area.
Affecting the body both physically and psychologically, Clinical Canine Massage can help with pain management resulting from orthopaedic conditions such as arthritis, elbow/hip dysplasia, osteochondrosis and spondylosis; rehabilitate muscular injuries by breaking down scar tissue; improve mobility and activity levels by removing ‘knots’ or Trigger points; boosts the immune system; and helps to alleviate stress, anxiety and/or depression.
Suitable for dogs of all ages and breeds; pets, working dogs and athletes. Every treatment will be tailored to suit your dogs needs.
Results that you can see and your dog can feel are usually achieved within 1-3 sessions.
